Start on the first note of your mode scale. End the first 4 bars on the 5th note of the scale.
End the melody on the first note.
Focus on using mainly halfs, quarters and eighths, you can use a whole note for the last bar.
No accidentals, only notes in the mode.
No rests.
Be sure to label the piece by its modal name. For example: Composition in B Dorian.
Put your name in the composer space.
Only need to use one staff, either treble or bass, not both.
